The God who hears your prayer

O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come. - Psalms 65:2

We read different names of God in the Bible. Our God has a beautiful name “the God who hears to your prayer”. On several occasions you lament unnecessarily that God does not understand your sufferings. He does not listen to your cry. He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see?(Ps 94:9). Beloved, your God is listening to your prayers, petitions, and your callings. The Israelites let out their sufferings with deep signs and prayers. God listen to their groaning. And it came to pass in process of time, that the king of Egypt died: and the children of Israel sighed by reason of the bondage, and they cried, and their cry came up unto God by reason of the bondage. And God heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob (Exo 2:23-24). I have seen, I have seen the affliction of my people which is in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning, and am come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send thee into Egypt.(Acts 7:34). Yes God listen to their groaning and came down to release them from slavery. Many times you wonder to whom to counsel with sort out problems or to be comforted. Tell your God your problems. He will listen to your prayers. When Hagar was roaming in the desert with her child, searching for drinking water, God heard the he voice of the lad and open a spring of drinki9ng water for her. And God heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is. Arise, lift up the lad, and hold him in thine hand; for I will make him a great nation. And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink. And God was with the lad; and he grew, and dwelt in the wilderness, and became an archer.(Gen 21:17-20) David was the man who perceived that God listens to his voice. Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.(Ps 20:6) Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.(Ps 55:17). Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.(Phil 4:6-7). You do not have to worry about your problems, because God listens to your prayer request. Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.(1Pet 5:7). You must have absolute faith that God listen to your prayer. He will definitely answer my prayers; this faith is a fundamental requirement to succeed in your prayers. And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.(Mat 21:22). You pray for your needs, instead of believing that God will answer your prayers, you start finding an alternate solution and try to solve the problems through your own alternate plans. There fore you are not able to receive God’s miracle in your life. From now on when you kneel down and pray believe that your prayer are heard by the God and have faith that He will reward you with answers.

He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. - Psalms 91:15
