And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. – Revelation 12:10-11
The word of God says about Satan, he is a accuser. He accused us before God day and night. He always deceive people that we are sinners, he forbid the truth Jesus forgives all our sins. He deceives us that your sins are not forgiven and so your prayers are not heard and you will not receive answer. So devil is our accuser. You will overcome him only through the blood of the Lamb the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Lamb of God taken away the sin of the world. The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.(Jn 1:29) In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: (Colo 1:14) To redeem us from our sins, the blood of Jesus Christ was shed in the cross and the price was paid. Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:(1Pet 1:18-19) When we resist the devil, we cannot resist him based on who we are. In the sight of the world we may be a stronger and we are greater in position, but with that we can’t resist devil. The only way to resist devil is through the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blood of Jesus Christ which redeemed you cleans you from all sins. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.(1John 1:7) If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.(1John 1:9) Most of the times Satan says you that your sins are greater. He brings you the drought that as your sins are greater and Jesus will not forgive your sins. You must faith in the blood of Jesus Christ. You must have faith that when you confess your sins Jesus forgive your sins. You must have faith that through the blood of Jesus Christ you are sanctified. When you are having faith in the blood of Jesus Christ then Satan can’t overcome you and accuse you. Faith in blood of Jesus Christ, released in testimony against the devil, will always cause him to flee. Our enemy can always be overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. We have victory over every evil because of the blood of Jesus Christ was shed. Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy; And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.(Ps 107:2-3) David says we must say we redeemed from the hand of the enemy by the Lord. Confess that you are redeemed by the blood of Lord Jesus Christ. Say that I cover my house with the Blood of Jesus to protect all dweller and possessions from all evil. Jesus Christ redeemed you through the blood that shed on that cross and so sin has no authority to overcome. Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.(Heb 9:12)
But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. – Hebrews 12:22-24
