"So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31 (NLT)
Why we do the things we do, is just as important as what we do! Paul reminds us that in all we do we should approach it in a way that will bring glory to God! Jesus told us to let our light shine for the entire world to see! Well...the only light we truly have comes from Christ! And, that is exactly what God wants us to let out, everywhere we go and in all we do! Let the Jesus in you, come out of you, in everything you do! Let the glory of God that lives inside of you shine for all the world to see!
Thomas Aquinas, a philosopher and theologian from the 13th century, said, "The test of the artist does not lie in the will with which he goes to work, but in the excellence of the work he produces." Remember, we represent Jesus our Lord upon this earth. And as such, we should do everything with a spirit of excellence, bringing glory to our God! We must allow the glory of the Spirit to come out in all we do, so that Jesus may be exalted! Make a choice to do everything with excellence! Let the light of Christ that lives inside you shine for the entire world to see!
