Why still we feel the bondage in us

Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. - John 8:31-32
These days the children of God are in great bondage they are not able to know how to set themselves free from the bondage. God’s desire is to set his people free from the bondage. Here Jesus says know the truth, and the truth shall free you of all the bondages. You have to know the truth to inherit the promise. What is truth? The word of God is truth. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.(Jn 17:17) Satan always works against the truth. He is a liar. Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.(Jn 8:44) Satan always comes to destroy you. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.(Jn 10:10) If there is something in your life that steals your peace that means the thing is not from God. Whenever a situation brings you loss and demoralization then that is not from God ,it is from Satan. The difficulties and problems you face now in your daily life are from Satan and he is deceiving you. Jesus Christ came to this world to set you free. Today God commands liberty in your life. Why still we feel the bondage in us? As we are not walking in truth and not abiding in the word of God, we are still in need of freedom. And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?(Lk 6:46) When we do not walk according to God’s word, our situation overcomes us and sin overcome us. We are not able to defeat Satan. If we walk according to the word of God Jesus Christ compares us to the one building a house on the rock. Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.(Mat 7:24-27) Rain, flood and winds denotes the problems we are facing in our daily life. When we live as per the word of God, rain will descended on us, floods may sweep us and the mighty wind may blow and throw us, but the problems that come as floods or winds will not harm us. We will overcome it. But if we are unwise and will destroy us and overcome us. In such situations of distress we can’t find ways to set ourselves free. Today commit your life to live a life obeying and walk according to His word, you will overcome your problems.

But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. - Romans 6:22
