"For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:38-39
Separation anxiety is a disorder that occurs when a child becomes excessively anxious when separated from a parent. So often when we make a mistake, and sin sticks its ugly head out, the enemy is there to inflict our hearts with fear of God leaving us, and when this happens we experience a form of spiritual separation anxiety. We feel as if our Heavenly Father is angry at us, and has hid himself from us. Nothing could be further from the truth! God doesn't leave or abandon His children! But the enemy knows if he can get us to believe this lie he can steal the blessings of God from our lives. Don't believe the devil's lies! The blessings in your life are based on the works of Christ alone, and because of Jesus, God will never leave or forsake us! I pray that you will embrace the same truth that the Apostle Paul did so many years ago, knowing with an absolute certainty, that no matter what may happen or how bad a mistake you may make, if you are a child of God NOTHING, and I mean absolutely NOTHING, can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus!
